The Cooperative CANTINE DE LA MANNA.Born in 1954 on the initiative of th Ente della Riforma Fondiaria (Land Reform Authority) the Cooperativa Borgo Liberta' (Borgo Liberta' cooperative venegrower's association) helped its partners in the various moments of the production and sale of their produce. It became autonomous in 1977 and today it has nearly 1000 partners. Situated on the first spurs of the Apulia Campania Apennines, de La Manna Winery was founded on the spot of the Land Reform wine producers cooperative. Lately restored by the Cooperative, the winery is equipped with advance technology in the manufacturing process, with refrigerated stainless stell soaking tantks for the fermentation and a large winecellar for the ageing of the wine. Every operation is controlled by oenologists and qualified, professional staff. In the next future the restoration will take place of an ancient and picturesque wine cellar, next to the main one, which will act as a reception for wine and food tourism.
